Our Services
We are a Machining Fabrication company that specializes in craftsman-style service. We offer a broad selection of manufacturing services—including: machining, drilling, welding, fastening, assembling, galvanizing more—for steel and various other metals.
Our metal fabrication process begins firstly with an idea.
We work with you to understand what your idea is, what you need it for and assess what is the best and most suitable option to use for your project.
Once the design has been finalized, it will be passed to our highly skilled fabrication team who will manufacture the products to an accuracy of millimetres.
The final processes involve the steel being passed onto the welding team who will weld the steel together to the desired specifications to be then ready for powder coating (if required) and installation.

Design

Laser & Punching
From our state-of-the-art facility, we offer fast turnaround, high volume laser profiling, cutting and punching. Whether it is stainless steel or aluminium, we can work with thicknesses up to 20mm.
Forming
We are one of the leading suppliers of high volume, custom metal forming. We bend, shape and form metal sheet, tube or wire, for the production of precision fabricated and manufactured steel, aluminium, copper or brass components or finished products.
Machining
With our state-of-the-art CNC Milling and Turning machines, we provide precision engineering, innovation and satisfaction to meet our client requirements.
Finishing
We have the most flexible and productive metal finishing lines. Whether it be metal coating, lacquering, plating or printing, metal finishing forms an invaluable part of our high volume, precision manufacturing offering.
Assembly & Pack
Final product assembly has become an important part of our concept to delivery offering. Through our dedicated assembly space, we are able to accommodate even the most complex assemblies, including full packing and palletising.
